Nita'S Zucchini Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, grated
2 Tbsp. onions, grated
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. breadcrumbs

Preparation

Squeeze zucchini as dry as possible.
Mix with other ingredients.
Make into cakes.
Dust with flour.
Fry in oil until brown.
