Southern Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of a pie pan with Crisco.
    Sprinkle lightly with 1 tablespoon of corn meal.
    In bowl, mix together rest of ingredients; pour into pie pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
