Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large bag Doritos
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Crush chips. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Boil chicken until done. Saute broth and debone chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup, some broth and Ro-Tel tomatoes together. Add cheese. Make layers of chips, soup mixture, chicken and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
