Stack Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
8 egg yolks
1 c. cream
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Combine ingredients except pie shells.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Cook about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until thickened.
Stack on one on another, putting caramel between layers as icing.
