Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt and baking powder.
Cut in soft margarine.
Add milk, egg, vanilla and lemon juice.
When mixture is combined if it's not stiff, add more flour until stiff.
Roll dough mixture about 1/4-inch thick.
Cut desired shape.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
