Marbled Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plus 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
chocolate chips

Preparation

Sift together first 3 ingredients.
Cream together next 5 ingredients.
Put eggs into creamed mixture.
Put mixture into greased 11 x 17-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Place in hot oven on 320\u00b0 for 1 minute.
Remove from oven and run knife through melted chips and make swirls.
Return to oven and cook 18 minutes more.
