Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cooked fish (ex: swordfish, flounder, etc.)
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1 c. pureed tomatoes
    2 c. water or vegetable juices
    1/2 box spinach (from 10 oz. pkg.)
    1 c. mixed vegetables (frozen or leftovers)
    1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Partially cook the elbow macaroni; drain.
    Cook the spinach and mixed vegetables until nearly done, reserving the liquids. Saute the onion and celery.
    Add the flaked fish, spices and the rest of the ingredients.
    Heat through.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
