Aunt Jo'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients and pat into 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and eggs, added 1 at a time, and mixed well after each egg.
    Pour onto cooled graham cracker crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Allow to set 10 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Mix well and pour onto warm cheese cake, after it has cooled 10 minutes and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
    Let cool completely and refrigerate.
