Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 beaten egg
    3 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let stand.
    Sift flour, salt and sugar together.
    Beat the egg and add to yeast and water.
    Add shortening to flour and stir in yeast mixture until thoroughly mixed.
    Cover with a damp cloth or plastic cover and put in refrigerator.
    Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before serving time and make into desired shapes.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Can be made up the day before.
