Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut up fine
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk.
    Stir in sugar; add flour and nutmeg. Mix together.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Pour into 9-inch uncooked crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
