Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked noodles
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
    Dice onion.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain grease.
    Add all other ingredients, except noodles.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in noodles.
    Pour into greased 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with cheese and continue baking long enough for cheese to melt.
