Sau-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
12 eggs
12 slices wheat bread, cubed
4 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook sausage until browned and drain.
In bowl toss sausage and bread cubes.
In another bowl beat eggs, milk and seasonings together.
Pour into sausage mixture; add cheese.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves 12.
