Green Chili Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cubed steaks
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    6 green chiles, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown
    cubed
    steaks
    on
    both
    sides
    and
    set
    aside. Combine oil and flour in a saucepan; brown well.
    Add milk and chopped green chile, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add garlic
    powder and salt to taste; stir.
    Place cubed steaks in a casserole and pour gravy over.
    Warm in oven.
