Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    hot pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour in heavy frypan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
