Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hot sausage
2 envelopes Lipton dry chicken noodle soup
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
4 stalks celery
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
4 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain off grease.
Saute vegetables until tender.
Boil rice, noodle soup and water for 7 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add 1 cup of shredded cheese and pour into casserole dish, 9 x 13-inches.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
