2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation

Remove all fat from steak.
Slice with grain 1/8-inch thick. Cook on wire rack at 150\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours or until dry.
Line oven with foil.
