Coffee Carnival - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. tapioca (level)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. raisins (seedless)
    2 c. hot coffee
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Add tapioca, salt and raisins to hot coffee in a double boiler and cook 15 minutes, stirring.
    Add sugar.
    When cold and just before serving, fold in cream (whipped).
