Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine in a large bowl with sour cream, salt, pepper, onions, soup and cheese.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Put in a greased casserole and cover with cornflakes or Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter over that.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
