Lo-Fat Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, salt, sage, ginger and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
    Stir in chicken broth and allow the mixture to soak for 15 minutes.
    Mix in the ground turkey and form into patties about 2 1/2-inches round and 3/4-inch thick.
    Saute the patties in a nonstick skillet until nicely browned on both sides.
    Tastes a lot like regular pork sausage.
