Chopped Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken liver
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    4 large Bermuda or Spanish onions
    vegetable oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice onions and saute in oil until brown and very soft. Broil livers until cooked, turning halfway through.
    Put onions, liver and eggs alternately through food grinder.
    Mix well and salt to taste.
