Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. carrots, grated (raw)
    1/2 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and add to mixture.
    Fold in carrots and nuts. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
