Lauri'S Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. dry minced onion
    1/4 c. sherry (can substitute water)
    1 c. raw white rice (not instant)
    6 to 8 pieces broiler-fryer pieces or boneless breasts
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix together the undiluted soups, minced onion and sherry.
    Spread 1/2 cup of raw rice in bottom of the casserole.
    Place 3 to 4 pieces of chicken on top of the rice.
    Add half of the soup mixture; sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese.
