Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pt. blueberries, washed
Preparation
    Cream margarine and
    sugar.
    Add
    eggs,
    one at a time. Sift flour, salt
    and baking powder. Add to first mixture. Add milk. Fold in blueberries. Grease and fill 3-inch muffin tins full. Sprinkle with
    mixture
    of sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0
    oven.
    Test
    with
    toothpick\tat
    25 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
    They freeze well.
