Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 egg
    1/4 c. light molasses
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat 1 cup sugar and butter.
    Add egg and molasses. Beat well. Add flour, soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining sugar to coat.
    Place 2 1/2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes.
