Cheese Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. chopped capers (optional)
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced celery
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
    3 green bell peppers
Preparation
    Cream together the cream cheese and milk.
    Add Cheddar cheese, pickle relish, capers, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Halve green peppers; fill with mixture.
    Slice in wedges. May be served with dressing.
