3-Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peaches (1 lb. 13 oz.)
    1 can apricots (1 lb. 13 oz.)
    1 can Bing cherries (1 lb. 13 oz.)
    grated rind of 1/2 orange
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Set oven at 325\u00b0.
    Drain syrup from fruit and put fruit into a 1 1/2-quart casserole bowl.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour.
    While baking, mix other ingredients.
    Pour over fruit and bake for 10 minutes longer.
    Good hot or cold.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
