Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fried and crumbled bacon
6 stalks celery (diced)
2 cans chicken broth
sage to taste
1 stick butter (melted)
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 1/2 loaves bread
poultry seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Tear bread into small pieces and let dry out.
After frying bacon, remove from skillet,
Saute the onions and celery until tender in the bacon grease.
Add the remaining ingredients (except butter).
Mix well, pour in dish, and drizzle butter on top.
Bake until browned.
May be eaten baked or unbaked.
