Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. Post Raisin Bran flakes
1 c. raisins
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
1 c. oil
5 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, slightly beaten eggs and buttermilk.
Mix all together and place in covered container.
Do not stir again.
Mixture will keep in refrigerator about 6 weeks.
