Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    dash of salt
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cook sugar, butter, milk and salt until sugar is melted.
    Add pecans.
    Cook to soft ball stage (240\u00b0).
    Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes; drop onto waxed paper and cool completely.
