Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can consomme soup (beef)
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    garlic powder to taste
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 can mushrooms and juice
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Place in casserole dish with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
