Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburg
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick (curing salt)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Make 4 sticks, 5-inches long.
    Place, uncovered, on baking rack in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Bake on wire rack for 60 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Place a pan under wire rack to catch grease.
