Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. raw cranberries, ground
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecan meats, broken
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Mix sugar and berries together and let stand several hours. Add gelatin to boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
Stir in orange juice and other ingredients.
Pour into mold and set in refrigerator.
Serve on crisp lettuce garnished with mayonnaise.
