Hominy-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (16 oz.) cans whole white hominy, drained
2 (12 oz.) cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey or Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Layer in baking dish 1/3 hominy and 1/3 corn.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons chilies.
Dot with butter and 4 or more tablespoons sour cream.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of both kinds of cheese.
Repeat layers twice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
