Fried Doves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

whole doves or just the breast
oil
flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Salt and pepper, then shake in flour to coat.
Preheat oil in pan suitable for amount of birds to cook.
Deep oil is better. Fry on medium heat until brown.
Do not overcook as this will cause them to be dry and tough; better if cooked a little rare. Make gravy and serve with rice.
