Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 or 4 bananas
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 small box strawberry Jell-O
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Spread cookie dough onto pizza pan and cook as indicated on package.
Let cool.
Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together and spread on cookie dough.
Next, cut strawberries in half and slice the bananas.
Place these onto the cookie dough; spread, alternating rows of bananas and strawberries.
Next, make the glaze.
Mix 3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O powder, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water; bring to boil, stirring constantly, getting rid of any lumps.
Boil until mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour glaze over strawberries and bananas.
Sprinkle drained crushed pineapple on top.
Keep refrigerated.
