Italian Soup With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk Italian sweet sausage
    2 c. chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    7 c. water
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    1 (28 oz.) can undrained tomatoes and cut up in pieces
    2 Tbsp. instant bouillon or 6 beef or chicken cubes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. uncooked rotini or elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off fat; set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Add water, carrots, tomatoes and liquid, bouillon, seasoning and pepper.
    Add cooked sausage.
    Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add zucchini and pasta.
    Cook until pasta is al dente.
