Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, boiled and drained
1 tsp. salt or to taste
white pepper to taste
1 stick margarine
sour cream
Preparation
-
Mash drained potatoes and mix with salt, pepper and margarine to desired amount.
Add sour cream and whisk until light and fluffy.
(The amount of seasoning may be changed to the amount of potatoes.)
