Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut
1 c. black walnuts
3 c. raw apples

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs at once.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Add to mixture.
Chop together raisins, coconut, nuts and apples.
Add to mixture along with vanilla.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
