Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
salt to taste
1/2 large or 1 small onion, chopped
sweet or dill pickles, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Miracle Whip
enough mustard or pickle juice for tangy flavor
1 sliced boiled egg for top
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
Cover with water in saucepan; add salt to taste.
Boil until tender.
Drain and mash. Chop onion and dill or sweet pickles.
Chop 2 hard-boiled eggs and add to mashed potatoes.
Add Miracle Whip and enough mustard or pickle juice for tangy flavor.
Mix well.
Put into large bowl and top with sliced boiled egg.
