Tracy'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    medium onion
    1 c. instant rice, uncooked
    2 cans chicken noodle soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion, drain.
    Combine soups, rice and beef mixture.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top casserole with cracker crumbs or bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
