Turkey Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown margarine and ground turkey.
    Stir in onion, celery and green pepper.
    Cook until tender over low heat.
    Mix in condensed tomato soup, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
    Serve on buns.
