Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. solid shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs (extra large)
    2 1/2 tsp. double-acting baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. water
    1 pt. (16 oz.) blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, place flour, sugar, shortening, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla and water.
    Blend for 2 minutes on low speed, then 6 minutes on high. Spoon batter into cupcake pans, filling 1/2 full.
    Add 6 to 10 blueberries per cup, mixing them into batter, leaving some on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
