Gumdrop-Marshmallow Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 large marshmallows or 3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. small gumdrops, cut into halves
    5 c. crispy corn puff, toasted oat, cornflake or whole wheat flake cereal
Preparation
    Heat marshmallows and margarine in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in half of the cereal and half of the gumdrops at a time until evenly coated.
    Press in buttered square pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch). Cool.
    Cut into bars, about 2 x 1-inches.
    Makes 3 dozen bars.
