Country Kitchen Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley
    dash of pepper and salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. ham, cubed
Preparation
    In a large pan, combine potatoes, chicken broth, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, pepper and salt.
    Mix well.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, until tender.
    Gradually add milk to flour, stir until blended, then add milk to the vegetables.
    Cook until thickened and add ham and cheese.
    Stir until blended. Serves 6.
