Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. wild rice
2 c. cooked and diced chicken
1 c. white grapes, sliced
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
cashews or almonds, sliced (sprinkle on top before serving)
Preparation

Cook wild rice as directed; let cool.
Cut up chicken and grapes.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except nuts.
Chill before serving.
