Texas Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
