Quill'S Boiled Crawfish For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 25 lb. crawfish
    1/2 bottle cayenne pepper
    small, unpeeled red potatoes
    small, peeled whole onions
    (1 lb.) box salt
    2 pkg. crab boil
    small ears corn-on-the-cob
Preparation
    To clean crawfish, pour 1/2 lb. salt into a large pot of clean water.
    Add crawfish to pot and let them sit for 3 to 4 minutes and then drain.
