Ingredients

2 boxes apricot jello
12 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. small marshmallows
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip
Preparation

Prepare jello as directed on box.
Drain the crushed pineapple. Add 1/2 cup pineapple and the small marshmallows to jello and set.
Take the beaten egg and add flour, pineapple juice, sugar and butter.
Cook until thick.
Add cream cheese and cool.
Beat Dream Whip and add to cool mixture.
Spread on cold jello and chill.
