Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small saucepan, combine sugar and salt; add syrup.
Heat until sugar dissolves.
Beat eggs until foamy.
When syrup is hot, add butter and stir until melts.
Add vanilla, pecans and eggs.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
