Salmon Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
    10 oz. spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. scallions
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    12 lasagne noodles
Preparation
    Combine salmon, spinach, scallions, eggs, cheeses, salt and nutmeg.
    Spread on noodles, roll up and set aside.
    Pour half of cheese sauce into bottom of baking pan.
    Place lasagne in baking dish.
    Cover with remaining cheese sauce.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
